LPC Supervision
Supportive, grounded, and growth-oriented supervision for LPC Associates in Texas.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I provide supervision that focuses on helping new clinicians build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and develop a strong, authentic therapeutic presence. My approach integrates mindfulness, parts work, somatic awareness, and neuroscience-informed perspectives to support both your professional growth and personal development as a helper.
My Supervision Style
My style is warm, reflective, and collaborative. I believe supervision should be a space where you feel safe to explore your strengths, challenges, and questions openly — without fear of judgment. Together, we will:
Discuss real client cases and clinical decision-making.
Explore your therapeutic intuition and voice.
Strengthen practical skills such as treatment planning and documentation.
Develop personal and professional boundaries
Process countertransference, emotional reactions, and therapist identity.
Learn how to integrate mindfulness and somatic awareness into your sessions.
Build a sustainable approach to self-care and energy management.
Approaches & Modalities I Excel in:

Parts Work (IFS-informed)

Value-based and meaning-oriented work
