To provide the highest standard of care and maintain professional boundaries, RS Counseling Services operates under the following legal and ethical guidelines. Please review these policies before our first session.

Social Media & Communication Policy

To protect your confidentiality and the therapeutic relationship, I do not connect with clients on social media platforms. Social media messages and DMs are not a secure or appropriate means of communication. For all clinical or scheduling inquiries, please use the secure contact form on this website or email me directly.

Fees and Financial Policy

Standard individual sessions are $175 per 50 minutes. Payment is due at the time of service via ACH, credit card, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations, or the full session fee will be charged.

I am currently in-network with Cigna and Aetna for those utilizing insurance benefits.

Notice of Privacy Practices

You have the right to access your records, request amendments, and receive confidential communications regarding your protected health information (PHI). We are required by law to maintain the privacy of your PHI and notify you in the event of a breach.

Exceptions: Information may be released without consent if you present a danger to yourself or others, if abuse/neglect is suspected, or if ordered by a court.
